1, Precautions for installation of precision bearings
1. The roundness of the shaft and seat hole, as well as the verticality of the shoulder, should be required according to the corresponding accuracy of the bearing.
2. It is necessary to accurately calculate the interference amount of the rotating collar fit, as well as the appropriate fit amount of the fixed collar.
It is also advisable to achieve a smaller amount of burning interference for the rotating collar within the possible range. As long as the thermal expansion effect at working temperature and the centrifugal force effect at high speed are effectively ensured, it will not cause creep or sliding of the tightly fitting surface. The fixed ring is selected with minimal clearance or interference fit based on the working load and bearing size. Excessive looseness or tightness is not conducive to maintaining the original precise shape.
3. If the bearing operates at high speed and operates at high temperatures, special attention should be paid to the fit of the rotating ring not being too loose to prevent eccentric vibration, and the fit of the fixed ring not having gaps to prevent deformation of the ring under load and excitation of vibration.
4. The condition for adopting a small interference fit for the fixed ring is that both sides of the matching surface have high shape accuracy and small roughness, otherwise it will cause difficulty in installation and disassembly. In addition, it is also necessary to consider the impact of spindle thermal elongation.
5. The main shaft using paired double angular contact ball bearings has a relatively light load, and if the fit interference is too large, the internal axial preload will be significantly larger, causing adverse effects.
